What information do I need before booking?

Just three things: a rough date, a candidate space, and an estimated headcount. Photos or dimensions of the space help but are not required — we will confirm fit on the consultation call. Everything else, including layout, equipment, and staffing, is our job to figure out.

How far ahead should I reserve our date?

Two to four weeks is comfortable for most dates, but renewal-season weekends and holiday windows book out earlier. Since cancellations at 14+ days are fully refunded, the smart play is reserving your ideal date as soon as it is on your radar.

Is there a long-term contract or minimum commitment?

No. Every event is a standalone booking — no retainer, no annual agreement, no construction, no permanent installation. Many properties do move to a recurring cadence after the first event, but that is because residents ask for it, not because a contract requires it.

Can the event be branded for our community or a sponsor?

Yes. We can brand the hitting bay and signage with your community logo, or bring in a sponsor — a local business or preferred vendor — whose branding helps offset your cost. QR registration and the post-event report give sponsors real value, which makes them easy to recruit.
