We recommend booking your rental as early as possible, especially for weekends and peak seasons. Availability can vary, so contacting us well in advance is best to secure your desired date and time.

What is your cancellation policy?

Unfortunately, we won't be able to set up if there is heavy rain, lightning, or high winds. We can move indoors, reschedule your event or issue a rain check for a future event. We will do everything we can to work with you throughout this process or prorate the event if we start and get hit with inclement weather.

The hitting bays range in size up to 13'x16', which is comparable to a medium-sized room. We recommend you plan on a 20’ x 20’ space to accommodate players, clubs, etc. This space should be relatively level (you don't want to hit off a sidehill lie all day) and free from low-hanging tree limbs or other obstructions providing at least 12’ overhead clearance

We are more than happy to set it up inside if your ceilings are at least 12 ft. high.

Yes! We regularly run Closest to the Pin and Longest Drive contests. Our platform offers a variety of carnival games, a robust range and short-game options. We also offer a $10,000 Hole in One giveaway and AI putting experiences for a small additional cost .

We are continually upgrading our technology and your experience. Currently we use the industry leading Foresight GCQuad simulator and Garmin Approach R50. Let us know if you have a preference.

For the best experience, we prefer to plug into a standard 110v power outlet within 50 ft of the setup area. We have the capability to run off of an ultra quiet generator if needed.

As long as we don't have a booking after you, we will do our best to accommodate your request at $150 per additional hour.

We provide right-handed and left-handed men's regular flex sets for all events, but you are more than welcome to use your own clubs. We can provide women’s and kid’s clubs upon request. All of our AI putting experiences come with an ambidextrous putter. We will supply golf balls for use as well. You're welcome to use your own golf balls, but we ask that they are free from sharpie and scuffs so as not to damage the projection screen.

You can have as many people partake as you like. The foresight simulation software allows up to 8 users in a round of golf, but we can set up par 3 contests or other games for larger groups.

We recommend you consider multiple bays for very large groups or if you anticipate most of your guests will want to spend lots of swing time.

Set up can take up to 2 hours depending on the number of bays and putting experiences you request. Breakdown takes less than an hour. We will arrive in time to ensure a prompt start at the designated time and provide the full 4 or 8 hour hitting time you have booked.
