Yes. Our simulators are built to install inside real event spaces — ballrooms, trade show booths, conference halls, wedding venues, rooftop bars, campus lawns, and tailgates — indoors or out. Because the bay fits into your existing layout, it feels like part of the event rather than a bolt-on attraction, and the entire enclosure can be branded with your logos, sponsor messaging, or event theme.

Every guest completes a quick digital registration and waiver before play, giving hosts verified names and email addresses. The registration flow can add survey questions, qualifying prompts, or branded messaging, and QR-code experiences drive newsletter signups and social sharing. As early as possible — weekends and peak seasons fill fast, and availability varies by city. Our cancellation policy is one of the most flexible in the industry: 100% refund 14+ days out, 50% refund plus 50% future-event credit at 7–14 days, and 100% future-event credit inside 7 business days.

Add-ons include expanded data capture and surveys, branded QR experiences, fully-wrapped enclosures, extended staffing, and tournament-style scoring.

If heavy rain, lightning, or high winds prevent a safe outdoor setup, we work with you on a clear contingency plan: moving the simulator indoors if space allows, rescheduling the event, or applying credit toward a future booking.
