Central Florida's mild weather keeps events comfortable most of the year, and our footprint slides into whatever space you have. All we need is a 15'x15' area and 10 feet of ceiling clearance, with no trailer required, so we set up as easily in a downtown event hall as on a barn-side lawn near the WEC. A WeGo Pro takes care of delivery, setup, hosting, and teardown, running the games on a Garmin Approach R50 the whole time.
We set up across Ocala's mix of venues: event halls and hotels around the downtown square, equestrian-country clubs and barn venues near the World Equestrian Center, breweries and taprooms in the arts district, and covered outdoor pavilions on the farms. Indoors or outside, our simulator fits with room to spare.
